Surrey Woods Townhome Association, Inc. was formed in 1983 organized with the purpose of owning and operating certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida. Members of the Association are property owners. All owners will keep with the terms and conditions as set forth in the "Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements" and all other governing documents and rules of the Association. Surrey Woods is a Homeowners Association formed under Sec. 720 F.S.

Applications and Forms
NEW resident applications and forms must be completed and deposited with the property manager at least two (2) weeks prior to taking occupancy. Incomplete applications are not acceptable and could delay use or occupancy of the unit.
