Are there leasing restrictions?

There are no holding or time of ownership restrictions. There is prior approval by the Board - which includes an application, background check, and attendance at an orientation meeting for all new residents. All tenants must be in compliance with community rules including, but not limited to: occupancy, vehicles and pets.
When is the office open?

Office is located by swimming pool. Currently by appointment............
Where do I mail my monthly fee? (Updated)

For hand-written checks, you can also use the drop box at the Surrey Woods office.

Do I need approval to make changes to exterior of my home?

Yes. All changes must have Board approval. Form is available under the documents and forms tab on this site or can be requested from the manager.
Do new residents need to be approved?

Yes. All buyers and tenants need to complete an application and attend an orientation.
Are pets allowed?

Yes, with restrictions on weight and quantity. Please refer to rules for more detail.
How many parking spaces for each unit?

There are two (2) spaces per unit and there are vehicle restrictions. Please refer to the rules for more detail.
